Rocoyo&Others

[Naome]

Jerardo smiled. "Too much in one day happening. Hey, least it wasn't boring." he said facetiously(yes spelled it rightXD). He looked back at Chris perplexed. "Who are you looking for?" he questioned, cocking his head a little. He sighed, sitting up onto his knees now, then pulled his legs out from under him and left them bent slightly as he leaned against a tree a few inches in front of Chris. He leaned gingerly back, putting his arms against his knees as he watched Chris, waiting for an answer.

Rocoyo smiled to himself as she rubbed back and did that. He cocked his head hearing Chris./You're free to nap, i won't leave you./ he sent.

"I was just looking for Ina" Chris said looking around then sat on the floor. "I guess she had something to do"

Dawn nodded and closed her eyes, moving a bit closer to him. She felt safer when he was next to her.

Jerardo nodded. "Yeah, she was going to check back in with her sisters. She'll be back though, so if you hang around with us awhile you'll see her." he told him, puzzled why he wanted to see her, he asked after a moment. "Why though? If you don't mind me prying." he added the last sentence, watching Chris. He wasn't paying full attention to them anymore, he was trying to though, but it had been awhile since...He just kept his eyes on Chris, keeping his breathing calm as he could, which was relatively normal right now.

Rocoyo stayed close to her, looking down at her as she snuggled up to him. He lay down beside her, lifting his head to watch Jerardo and Chris.

About twenty-five minutes after she had left, Ina re appeared in the area. She put her hands on her hips, thinking. "Hmm...what's that smell." she wondered to herself. She ignored it, finding the others after a couple minutes, she noticed a new party member, and walked to them, toward Chris's back.

"We've just been talking" Chris said. "Not really anything going on" he shook his head. "She's had things to do, I've had classes"

Dawn had moved her head over one of his paws, her tail flat of the floor. She slightly twitched ever now and again because she was a bit cold.

Chris hadn't heard Ina but leaned back on his hands and sighed.

Jerardo nodded. "Well, looks like you get more time to talk." he said, looking behind Chris at Ina. He was leaning his full body into the tree, crossing his arms now. "Back so quick? Did you get any assignments?" he asked her. He looked at Chris again, feeling the twisting feeling in his chest. He sighed.

Ina sat behind him, putting her arms over his shoulders. "Hello!" she greeted him joyfully. Her wings flapped excitedly. Her scythe was not out though. She had her horns visible too, since they had already seen them before. "Sort of. Something came down here, and we need to dispose of the jailbreaker. It's a demon too, snuck into our world then came here." she responded to Jerardo.

Rocoyo snuggled her slightly. He wanted to warm her. He looked at Ina as she came back. He watched Chris a moment, then lay his head down.

"Hey" Chris said with a light smile. He looked at the others and watched Rocoyo and Dawn for a moment then slightly at Ina."How've you been?" he asked.

About thirty or so minutes later, Dawn woke up and stretched with a yawn. She rubbed her head against his and looked at him, "Did I miss anything?" she asked as she kept her head down.

Ina smiled back at Chris. "How ya been shug?" she asked grinning at him. She moved to sit next to him on his left side. her wings folded, she smiled at Rocoyo and Dawn, hearing them.

Rocoyo looked at her, turning his head to her. /Nope. Ina came back just now though. Otherwise you've missed nothing./ he sent, laying his head down next to hers.(what was ur idea??)

Jerardo was curious of her mission though. "What snuck here? Besides, i thought the only portal to here from our world is behind and inside the Castle." he questioned her, his breathing still normal for the time being.

Ina clicked her tongue against her teeth. "We only saw a flash of it rush through the portal. Looked like a human figure though, so i'm unsure what it was. They are the only ones, so apparently the Castle guards outside didn't see it." she said thoughtfully. Her scythe lay beside her, in case.

Chris shrugged, "Hate most of my classes but I'll live" he smiled.

Dawn nodded, "alright" she said. (Maybe they could be alone for a bit? Then have something happen?)

Chris listened as Jerardo questioned and and was actually quite curious himself.

(Kk) Rocoyo was curious himself, but he also wanted to be alone with her. He stood up, nudging her, he cocked his head towards the left. /Why don't we walk around?/ he questioned her, wagging his tail he cocked his head in question waiting for her answer.

Jerardo seemed suspicious. "You said it might have been something from Hell, what does a Demon want lurking near the Castle? Something's not right." he told her, thinking aloud. He had narrowed his eyes, but it was hard to tell behind sunglasses.He tapped his foot against the ground in thought.

Ina smiled at Chris. "Well, least you have us to entertain now." she said laughing. She turned quizzical as she heard Jerardo's suspicion. "I'm not sure. I think something's up with that demon though. It's scent was odd. I think the Council has something to do with this, but bringing in other worlds again is going to make everyone go berserk again." she said cautiously, she added something else though. "One of my sisters set up down here with her pet too" she said.

Dawn didn't see anything wrong with being alone with him. She wanted to be alone with him actually and stood, stretching and trotted ahead of him. "So, why did you want to walk around? Did you want to show me something or talk to me about something?" she asked.

Chris chucked but listened. He had nothing to say because he didn't know exactly how dangerous this thing was. "Is that demon extremely dangerous?" he asked.

Rocoyo dropped his head to the ground bashfully. He faced the ground, letting his paws drag slightly. /I just wanted to be alone with you.../ he sent shyly, nudging her gently. He let his tail droop slightly. He heard something and his ear twitched.

Jerardo watched Ina, waiting for her to respond. His foot kept tapping, but it was his nerves. He sensed something nearby, and focused on it. He was slightly worried about Rocoyo and Dawn, but hopefully whatever it was Rocoyo could handle.

Ina shrugged. "If it's just from Hell, not at all. But i think the Council did something to it. That aura was much too twisted, and the way we caught it outside the Castle. I think they did something and pushed it towards that portal so it could attack. It worries me, it could be sent for the rebels here. And not all of them are able to protect themselves like some of us can." She looked at Jerardo seriously after she said that.

Dawn smiled slightly, she wagged her tail and rubbed her head against his cheek. "I'm glad. Because I wanted to be alone with you too" she told him. She still trotted beside him but stopped and sat in front of him.

"If the Council did something to it then it may be watching and waiting to attack" Chris said. He noticed Dawn and Rocoyo were gone, he had wondered if that thing was going after them.

[Naome]

Rocoyo yapped happily. /Oh! I'm glad...i was scared you might not have wanted to be alone with me.../ he sent bashfully. His face was to her as she sat in front of him. His ears focused on the noise he was hearing.

Ina thought deeply. "My sister, she just saw it. That thing is fast, and we're positive now, the Council did something to it. It saw her and ran. I think it's hunting for Rebels, they must have given the thing orders. Maybe a few scents to go by." she said, frowning now.

Jerardo kept his face stolid. You couldn't tell what he was feeling, his eyes were hidden by the shades. "How though? They mess it up so bad it can see the difference? Those are some damn strong senses." he said, his brow creasing. "I'm going to go find them, i don't think Rocoyo knows." he said, standing nimbly. He shut his eyes tight for a second, feeling the pressure rise, but he opened his eyes again quick, glad he was wearing shades so they couldn't see the face he had made.

Dawn barked back, "Why wouldn't I want to be alone with you? I.....like you" she said the last part sort of low.

Chris thought, "If they're going after certain things, then that means they'll go through anything and anyone that gets in their way" he said.

[Naome]

Rocoyo smiled at her, blushing under his fur when she said that. He turned around, hearing the noise louder now. He snapped, growling he lowered his head, keeping close to Dawn. He looked around, the scent got worse, and his fur glowed blue as his shadowy wolf form blazed, but didn't harm Dawn. Something flashed past, but his eyes weren't fast enough to see what.

Jerardo had his hand on the trees as he brushed past, moving quickly. His eyes grazed over everything as he looked around. /How far did you two get?/ he thought to himself quizzically.

Ina watched Jerardo leave. "Yes, exactly. Anyone in their way, would be considered helping a rebel, which is just enough to get you killed, or worse." she said, biting her lip. "Want to try and find them too?" she asked, looking at him.

Dawn looked at him, "Is something wrong?" she asked as she looked around, "Please tell me something isn't going to pop out and attack again" she said.

"Sure" Chris nodded. "What if like, Rocoyo and Dawn were just minding their own business?" he asked, "Would they get hurt?"

/Sorry..guess we picked the wrong day to wander around.../ he sent, jumping as something slashed his smokey fur. It didn't hurt him though. He growled harder, barking. It had stopped in front of them now. Large and looming over them, it breathed deeply, smelling them. It seemed to like the smell of dog on Dawn, actually, straying from catching Rebels. The ground where it stepped darkened, the grass dying.


"Doesn't matter. Besides, it's not perfect, couldn't be. It might just get attracted to Dawn's husky scent and stray for a moment...for a meal. Let's hope Rocoyo and her haven't run into it." she said standing and picking up her scythe. She glided, following the left of where Jerardo was headed, so she would be a few trees from him. "Come on, stick to me!" she said to Chris as she didn't want to leave him.

Jerardo was getting closer, and could see the dead patches of grass where it had been.

"Rocoyo what is that?!' Dawn asked, scared as he sniffed her. She put her head down, ears pulled down as she stayed close to and behind Rocoyo.

"No problem" Chris said and stayed close to her. He was ready for a fight, hadn't had one in months.

[Naome]

Rocoyo shook his head. /No idea..i don't like it.../ he sent, pulling his ears forward. He wouldn't back down, not with that thing sniffing at her. He put a paw to her left side, the other her right so he was above her with only his front half. He snarled, but trembled as it went from slashing, to getting up above and ramming into him. He bit at it, but it barely flinched. He felt better as he saw red come to the ground from it. It kept hitting him though. He didn't stop snapping at it, but his legs trembled. He looked up, and froze, no longer snapping at it. He had looked into its eyes, and seen something of his past that troubled him. He stiffened, wincing now as it kept hitting him.(wait, was ur idea them goin off together alone an somethin happenin? haha im curious the idea ur friend had given uXD)

Jerardo ran out, using wind to shove forward he turned sharply in front of Rocoyo, the creature moved back only slightly caught off guard mid swing to hit Rocoyo. It didn't slow its swing, and swung down quicker to hit him. Jerardo lifted his arm, grabbing a hold of the shadowy hand that were to strike Rocoyo. Jerardo raised a brow at it. "Hey hey, why don't you focus on your intended prey(Rebels, its sent huntin them like they talked about before)?" It loomed over him, not doing anything for a few seconds. A broken katana sword appeared glimmering in its right hand, the one Jerardo wasn't gripping. It shoved it into Jerardo's side, since the blade was broke, it was the length of a pocket knife, but it shoved harder, ripping through to Jerardo's back so the blade and even its shadowy hand and the knife with handle stuck through his back, then it yanked it out.(myah myah...wait fo it...)

Ina grinned as he said that. She stopped, flapping to skid to a halt. She saw them and the thing beating Rocoyo. She was about to step in, when she saw Jerardo rush out and defend them. She cocked her head, smelling it(ull find out what 'it' isXD), and putting a arm out in front of Chris, in case he was going to try and jump in. They were some number of feet from the others, so they could all see each other. (dont worry, hell get some in a bit lol)

Dawn laid on the ground when the thing kept hitting Rocoyo, she couldn't just stand there and let it hurt him. She had to do something. Even though Dawn wasn't a fighter, she'd do anything to help him. Even if that meant getting hurt. She stood again and suddenly started to growl at the thing. She knew it was a bad idea but didn't care at the moment. She started to bark and snap at the thing. She started to jump at it and snap, biting it but not very hard.

She stopped when Jerardo jumped in and quickly went back to Rocoyo, "Are you alright?" she asked him. "Please tell me you're alright"

Chris looked at Ina, "Let me help" he said. "I need this. Come on" he told her. He lit a fire ball in his hand and was ready ti throw it.
